| Client Request Management System (CRMS) |
Collabrian first developed the Client Request Management System (CRMS) for use by our own clients. It was so successfully received that we began licensing it to others.
CRMS allows a company’s clients to make requests for service online, then track the requests. Automated email alerts are sent to both the company and the client whenever the status of the individual requests are updated.
As well as facilitating communication with clients, it is a valuable tool for companies to track its employees’ activities and time in servicing clients.
CRMS is used by companies such as Physicians Technology Group who provides on-site technical services to physicians.
