For new web sites where companies are unsure of the design they want, Collabrian can provide multiple prototypes from which a final design is created. For LitiDocs (www.litidocs.com), Collabrian created 10 logos and 3 web site prototypes, then developed the final design, and wrote the content for the site…all in less than 24 hours. The site also includes a return on investment (ROI) calculator, and an online demo walkthrough.

When the Greater Dallas Chamber (www.dallaschamber.org), wanted to build an international section of their web site, they selected Collabrian. Collabrian exceeded the original specs by providing a back-end administrator, so that non-technical GDC staff could update the page content (text, links, etc.) without requiring assistance from a webmaster.
Collabrian was awarded a 'Special Appreciation' award for our work. The award was presented at the International Business Achievement Awards luncheon, a part of the day-long Global Business Conference in May, 2002.
Memorial Gallery (www.memorialgallery.net) is a web site that enables people to create online memorials. It uses Collabrian’s Page Constructor software to allow visitors to build custom pages with text and graphics.
Another example of the use of Page Constructor can be found at www.collabrian.com/star, a system provided to birth centers for enabling their clients to build online birth announcements.
Collabrian’s Page Constructor can be used as part of any professional or personal web site where users can build custom web pages. It is a great way to add interactivity to a site to encourage participation and/or a sense of community. The ability to create pages can be offered for free, or for a fee to generate revenue.
The Dallas Fort Worth Association of Mortgage Brokers (www.dfwamb.org) is a non-profit professional organization dedicated to advancing the mortgage broker profession through the promotion of education, ethical practices, and consumer fairness. Collabrian developed the site which offers consumers useful information and the ability to search for a DFWAMB member. DFWAMB keeps their members up-to-date on latest news and events in the association and the industry using the News and Event Calendar in the Members-only section. When the association adds a new news or event item, an automated notification is sent to all members via email increasing the level of communication between the association and its members. Communication is also increased between members via the members' abilities to make postings and responses on the threaded message board from Collabrian.
ResCare, Inc. is a private contractor in the Department of Labor’s Job Corps program. They offer educational, training and treatment programs for special-needs youth and young adults at their Job Corps Centers across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. The company needed to automate the process of assessing the company’s Job Corps Centers’ performance and adherence to guidelines and contracts. We designed and developed the database and graphical front-end for an easy-to-use, web-based assessment tool for use by the non-technical staff at ResCare corporate and at 18 of their Job Corps centers. Among other things, it allows staff to track problems and resolutions, as well, as create extensive assessment reports.
This project proved to be especially gratifying because it gave us a chance to be involved in improving services to America’s special-needs youth.
Technology Venture Alliance (www.astva.com) is a division of the venture capital firm, Angel Strategies (www.angelstrategies.com). TVA allows entrepreneurs to apply online for business plan analysis and venture funding consideration. Collabrian studied TVA’s complex current and planned business processes. Following this, we designed and developed for them an easy-to-use, database-driven system that automates the complex process of analyzing the entrepreneur’s applications, and then builds the analysis reports. This automation allows TVA to handle more applications in less time, enabling them to more quickly identify funding opportunities. The front-end analysis Collabrian did ensured that the system would be easily extensible to handle the planned growth and extension of TVA to include other venture fund groups and a consultant network.
LitiDocs (www.litidocs.com) is an online system Collabrian developed for the litigation support market. More than 3000 hours went into database design and development to create a highly functional and complex, yet easy-to-use system to allow clients to place orders online and to check the status of orders in realtime. The admin section allows companies to easily manage their client, order, and internal information. Among other sites, LitiDocs is used as the back-end for Advantage Litigation Services (www.advantagelit.com).
